An outstanding battery. C'mon - the bluetooth feature is even better. I bought this for my Greenworks equipment as a 2nd battery to work with my trimmer, blower and hedge trimmer. Well over an hour on a full charge. Greenworks has been a Godsend for our purposes and it's nice to ditch all those gas cans.

Needs better battery life

Can I return this battery… only lasted for one season. Now it won’t charge. Even made sure to keep it in heated house over winter. I will recommend this product if you send me a new battery as it says it should last 4 years???

We are sorry to hear about the experience you have encountered with this battery. The overall battery life is dependent on many factors such as where they have been stored, charged, and handled. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. It is recommended to store the battery with a full charge, and if it is being stored for a period where no use is expected, to check on the charge every couple of months. If you notice the charge has dropped, we advise charging the battery back up to full before returning it to its safe storage place. Following these steps will ensure you receive the most of the battery life. Please know that our batteries are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as stated in the owner’s manual period from the date of purchase.
