Noticeable difference in power compared to the 2.5AH battery. I was looking to get some additional run time out of my blower and that I got but there was an added benefit of more power. once I hit the turbo button wow the sound and about of force amazed me. Definity a good option if you want to wake up your blower.
Best mower I've owned in 45 years of mowing. New to electric but the batteries get the job done.

Hello Wise G,
Happy to hear you are enjoying the lawn mower! We would love to offer some tips to help care for the tool and accessories. For best storage practice the lawn mower should be stored somewhere dry and protected from the elements, such as a garage or shed. If you have no other choice but to store it outside, keep it elevated above the ground and covered with a durable tarp. When the battery will not be in use, store it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. Store the battery with a full charge, and if it is being stored for a period where no use is expected, check on the charge every couple of months. If you notice the charge has dropped, we recommend charging the battery back up to full before returning it to its safe storage place. Following these steps will ensure you receive the most of the battery life. If it ends up that you are having an issue with the lawn mower, please contact our Customer Care at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS), and they would be happy to assist you further in remedying an issue. Thank you for choosing Greenworks Tools for your lawn care needs.
I recently purchased new batteries for my mower. I’ve had the initial batteries for 2+ years and I’m just replacing them now. I mow from late March to early December and I feel as though these have held up well. However for the money invested in batteries I could wind up purchasing a new mower.
