Hello xfnk.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry to hear about the leaking issue with your backpack sprayer, this is certainly not the performance we expect, and we understand your concern, especially given the nature of what is being sprayed.
Our team would like to take a closer look into this for you. Please contact Greenworks either using the online chat function, on Greenworks Tools page, accessible by clicking “Chat Now” in the bottom corner of your screen, Chat with a Live Agent or by calling 1-888-909-6757

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This battery is currently the largest that the 60V double battery snow blower can take, and it's a huge improvement from the 4ah battery I was using!
I would recommend this to a friend!

DON'T PLAN ON BLOWING SNOW WITH IT
on January 21, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They don't tell you that it is not compatible with their snowblowers! My old 5AH battery has been dying slowly, so I thought I'd back it up with this battery with more capacity. I went to use it on the first stor5m, and it wouldn't fir in the blower. So I tried it in my mower, and it fir and worked just fine. So I go look at the web page for the 60V blowers, and there is a statement there that says they are not compatible with the 8AH batteries. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THEY INCLUDED THAT IN THE BATTERY DESCRIPTION. EVERYTHING THERE INDICATES THAT IT IS COMPATIBLE WITH ALL THEIR 60V TOOLS.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello JimmyJohn.
Thank you for your feedback. We understand how disappointing this experience was, especially when the product listing indicated compatibility across the 60V platform.
While the 8.0Ah 60V battery does work with many Greenworks 60V tools, certain snow blower models are not compatible due to physical design and clearance requirements. This limitation is noted on the snow blower product pages, but we agree it would be helpful if this information were also clearly stated on the battery description itself. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
For resolution, please note that new and unused products may be returned in accordance with Greenworks return policy (https://www.greenworkstools.com/pages/return-policy). If you need assistance confirming compatibility or selecting the correct battery for your snow blower model, our Customer Success team is available to help at 1-888-909-6757 or via live chat at www.greenworkstools.com.
We value your input, as it helps us improve clarity and prevents similar frustrations for other customers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already had two Greenworks tools When I reviewed and purchased the 60v zero turn riding mower it came with 4 60v 8ah batteries I was really impressed by the power of that system. But I bought two more 60v 8ah batteries to complete the power system on this tool and since the batteries can also be used in other Greenworks tools as well I am prepared to expand my array of battery powered helpers.
Pros: Convenient, Quiet, Durable, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My zero turn has been a dream ride for mowing the lawn and this what makes it work, so I bought one spare battery to swap out occassionally. Price on the mower was awesome but the price on these batteries is quite high. In addition, they are often not in stock. Hopefully after tarriffs are sorted out, the price on these batteries will come down. Since everything else is first rate, that is my one and only issue.
