I just ordered a second battery for my greenworks mower so I can mow my large lawn in two hours. The new higher amp battery works great and makes it possible to do all my mowing in one day.

We are sorry to hear about the experience you have encountered with this battery. The overall battery life is dependent on many factors such as where they have been stored, charged, and handled. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. It is recommended to store the battery with a full charge, and if it is being stored for a period where no use is expected, to check on the charge every couple of months. If you notice the charge has dropped, we advise charging the battery back up to full before returning it to its safe storage place. Following these steps will ensure you receive the most of the battery life. Please know that our batteries are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as stated in the owner’s manual period from the date of purchase.

I just love the Greenworks family of tools! I was skeptical that the 8" 60v edger could do a better job than my gas Stiehl. This edger is phenomenal and is better in every way. My last gas tool is now history!
