The overall battery life is dependent on many factors such as where they have been stored, charged, and handled. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. It is recommended to store the battery with a full charge, and if it is being stored for a period where no use is expected, to check on the charge every couple of months. If you notice the charge has dropped, we advise charging the battery back up to full before returning it to its safe storage place. Following these steps will ensure you receive the most of the battery life.

Works well, does what it should but…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sprayer works well. It sprays strong. I invested in battery system so it’s convenient. Some suggested improvements though… mixer inside tank, stainless spray wand, the plastic one bends too easily, place on the tank to store sprayer nozzles, hard to read measurements on the side of thank, mount to hold sprayer in tank should be on both sides of the tank, I would suggest an aluminum frame, it’s pretty heavy.

Short run time!10-15 min through soft wood!

I bought this just before christmas, and I used it for about 10 minutes the first time, after charging it to full charge from brand new-out of the box. The next day I used it for about 5 minutes and it died on me. I thought maybe the first charge didn't fully charge it or something. I charged it up again and this time it only lasted about 10 to 15 minutes of cutting time! I'm only cutting basswood, about 6-10" in diameter in a pile, and I make 4 cuts in each log. I only cut about 4 logs, so 16 cuts! It is cutting very easy through the dry wood. I can't imagine how long it would last in hardwood like oak! I'm going to call them when the call center opens up to see if this is normal or if I got a bad battery. The saw itself is great, thought! I'll revise if anyghing changes...
Pros: Convenient, Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Quiet, Durable, Environmentally Safe, Effective
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Greg. Thank you for your review. The 60V 2.5Ah will provide between 15-20 run-time, depending on the load applied to the unit. Please contact us directly for any warranty claims required. Another option once you have contacted us, is to look at the 60V 4.0Ah battery, this would provide better performance and longer run-time.
