I received the product broken in the shipment and they were wet. I opened a ticket with support but no one gets back to me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought two, 6.0Ah 60V batteries as well as the dual charging port. My batteries arrived on 6/8/21. I put them in the charger and only 1 battery charged. The other battery despite multiple attempts at troubleshooting as described in the manual, still would not charge. I emailed and called the phone # on my order receipt. No one has been able to assist me yet. Please help me resolve this so I can finally mow my yard.

I have bought two 60 volts and two different charges to troubleshoot what is wrong. Good luck with getting anyone to contact you after contacting their customer support. Right now, I'm on hold, 9 calls in front of me at the beginning and now I'm number, 9 after being on hold for 16 minutes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I thought the 6amp would last a lot longer but the mower is still having a hard time.

Hello,
Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the run time of this battery. It's important to adjust your mowing techniques to make the most out of the battery life! It goes without saying that that the harder the unit works, the quicker the battery drains. Here are a few mowing tips! 1) When cutting thick grass, reduce walking speed in order to allow for a more effective cut and a proper discharge of the clippings. 2) Only mow 1/3 of the total grass length at a time - no more. For a healthy lawn, always cut off one-third or less of the total length of the grass. The average lawn should be approximately 1 1/2 to 2” (3.8 to 5 cm) long during cool months, and between 2" to 3 1/4" (5 cm to 8.3 cm) long during hot months. 3) Mow when the grass is dry. As this is an electric unit, mowing wet/damp grass is a safety issue. However, ensuring the grass is dry will also help the grass cut cleanly and discharge appropriately. Wet/damp grass carries more weight and will mostly stick to the blade/motor shaft and will not appropriately discharge or cut easily. 4) Make sure the battery is cool before use. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. We hope these tips will help
A definite improvement over the 5.0 Ah that I was using. Now I can utilize the lawnmower drive system more without worry of losing power before grass mowing is complete.
Although I don't have a big yard, I am able to run the mower, the trimmer and the blower and still have enough juice left over. It does take a while to charge but well worth the price.
