I tried to leave a message with Greenworks about sending the failed one back, but never heard back. After all, the "renewed" batteries have to come from somewhere. I still have it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 60V 4AH battery seems to have equivalent performance to the batteries that came with my 2yr old mower. Same peak voltage hot off the charger and after sitting overnight. Duration during actual mowing seems good too.
