Terrible operating time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in April have used probably a dozen times. Originally it would last about 17 minute, which already wasn't great. Just came in from most recent mow and it ran for a total of 6 minutes. I'd be better off buying generic batteries. Not at all worth the upcharge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please note we do not recommend using a generic battery sold by a 3rd party seller. Greenworks warranty is valid to consumers who have purchased from authorized sellers only, this means they have been given permission to sell our equipment and that the items carry a full warranty. Unfortunately, we do not have control over unauthorized parties posting and selling our equipment. When items are sold by unauthorized sellers, we have no way of knowing the condition in which the product was received, handled, shipped, stored and more. For that reason, it is very important to always purchase from authorized sellers, such as us to ensure you’re covered. We hope this information helpful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Faster than using a weeder, more effective. I was using my weeder before but an actual edger is what you need lol saves on spool and its faster. Had a corded edger previously, qas annoying dragging around the cord all over the yard. Threw it away and thanked the heavens.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recommended the battery be mounted close to the ground with the motor and have yet to see that happen. I have a linked system and multiple attachments but would desire just the edger. i am 70 years old and my back hurts with the weight of the unit up high.
Pros: Quiet
