Battery arrived defective

I bought two, 6.0Ah 60V batteries as well as the dual charging port. My batteries arrived on 6/8/21. I put them in the charger and only 1 battery charged. The other battery despite multiple attempts at troubleshooting as described in the manual, still would not charge.
I emailed and called the phone # on my order receipt.
No one has been able to assist me yet.
Please help me resolve this so I can finally mow my yard.

Super long lasting!!! This plus the 5 Amp battery included with my mower lasts much longer! I can even use the self propelled option on my mower without having to worry about running out of juice before I finish the yard!

Can tell pretty good difference between the 5 and this 6 amp battery on charge life. With my push mower still have 2 bars left as opposed to 1 bar on 5 amp when done with my push mowing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Received a USED battery

I ordered a new 5.0Ah UltraPower battery and I received a battery that has clearly been used as there is wear and tear on it. The box for the battery was taped shut to hold it together (unlike any other battery that I’ve ordered). If I wanted a renewed battery, I would have ordered a renewed battery.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor charging time and in use

have had our greenworks blower for a little over a year...it use to do our whole yard now only about half and battery needs charging again...another hour and a half wait....will never buy a Greenworks product again
Pros: Easy to Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First-time buyer.

I recently started transitioning to electric tools for property maintenance and my first purchase was a 60v Backpack Leaf blower.
This was an experimental purchase and I bought a 60v 6.0ah battery to test it out. First, I was surprised by the air output of the leaf blower and the absence of vibration that is a hallmark of gas-powered tools.
As I worked wet leaves into piles and kept moving to the next task, I tracked my time. The first round lasted about 50 minutes using turbo power sparingly and a half-acre was done. After a 60 minute charge on the Greenworks rapid charger I was back out to test how long the battery could support turbo mode. I clocked approximately 40 minutes of turbo time before having to recharge the battery.
The 60v 6.0ah battery is worth every penny to me and I will likely purchase another one as I consider the next gas-powered tool that I can replace with a GreenWorks product

Although I don't have a big yard, I am able to run the mower, the trimmer and the blower and still have enough juice left over. It does take a while to charge but well worth the price.
