[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this renewed battery to replace a failed 5.0Ah battery. It has worked like a new battery. I tried to leave a message with Greenworks about sending the failed one back, but never heard back. After all, the "renewed" batteries have to come from somewhere. I still have it.

Much longer run time for the 6ah battery than the 2ah battery that came with my string trimmer. Ive used this battery in my string trimmer and backpack blower, and the run time is increases about 4x over the 2ah battery

I’m very pleased with its performance the battery lasted more than an hour. The grass catcher is a great addition no grass clippings and no grass lines left a fresh cut

After 1 year, this battery life lasts 30-40 minutes of use in the backpack leaf blower even when used on the lower speed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. It is recommended to store the battery with a full charge, and if it is being stored for a period where no use is expected, to check on the charge every couple of months. If you notice the charge has dropped, we advise charging the battery back up to full before returning it to its safe storage place. Following these steps will ensure you receive the most of the battery life. Please know that our batteries are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as stated in the owner’s manual period from the date of purchase.
Should you continue to experience a problem with the battery and charger, please give us a call at 1-855-345-3934. All we ask that you have access to the battery and charger so that we can complete troubleshooting with you and gather necessary unit information.
