Short shaft, watch out for flying blade.

I am only 5'9". It is very back using this tool. The shaft is too short, The instructions to attach the auxillary handle does not match the type of handle that comes with the tool. After much struggles to get the auxillary handle attached I was able to use the tool. Oh boy, what a work! The blade makes a funny noise and becomes detached every minute. It is very scary using this tool.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We see that you did not address your concerns with the blade, the cutting depth of the cutting attachment must be adjusted before operating. The goal is to set the cutting tool to the correct vertical distance below the workpiece to ensure a proper cut. If you have skipped this step please follow the steps below or view the shared link.
How to set the adjustment height:
1. Loosen the depth adjustment knob.
2. Set depth with a small gap between blade and ground in regular operating position.
3. Securely tighten the depth adjustment knob. Please ensure the depth adjustment knob is tighten.

Does a nice job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got it this week and used it for the first time this morning, does a super nice job and finish without back pain!! Spraying with a tank sprayer is hard on my back because of the continuous bending to get the spray close to the ground with this there’s none of that just reach down and you’re close enough.
It does use a lot of product, I sprayed for nearly an hour and used 4 gallons of weed killer.
But I will say this, after an hour of spraying the battery still had full charge!!! I definitely would buy again if I ever need one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this battery for less than a year and it won't hold a charge. I charge it to 100% but then I get maybe 5 minutes of use before the battery is drained. Hugely disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this in march 2025. Mowed with it 3 times. I loved it until the 3rd time mowing. The self propelled mow stop working as I was mowing. That’s a problem for me since I mow the backyard which is on a hill. Other than that I love it. Got to see what can be done about the self propelled not working. Too bad it’s messed up. It could also use a little more power.

Doesn't work.

Here is a breakdown of potential causes and troubleshooting steps you can take.
1. Priming
New or unused sprayers may need to be primed. To prime, fill the tank with water, turn on the sprayer, and let it run for a few seconds to remove air bubbles.
2.Clogged Nozzle.
A clogged nozzle is a common culprit. Remove the nozzle and rinse it with water to clear any debris.
Kinks or Clogs in Hose.
Inspect the hose and wand for any kinks, clogs, or leaks. Ensure all connections are tight.
3. Battery Issues.
The battery is not charged. Charge the battery by following the procedures in the battery and charger manual.
Battery is too cold. Remove battery from backpack sprayer. Place battery on the charger and allow charge for 10 minutes or until the changing light turns green. Remove from charger and install backpack sprayer for use.
