Battery won't last longer than 3 min

We have almost had this for our lawn mower for 1 year. It has taken me 4 hours to mow my yard because I have to recharge the battery every 3 minutes and it keeps turning off while I'm mowing. Im so annoyed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Mower; Poor Battery Life!

I'm so disappointed. I purchased a lawn mower about two weeks ago and I have not been able to complete a single cut without having to recharge. The mower has the capacity to hold two 60v 5ah batteries and I have been searching--to no avail--for another battery. I was really excited about my purchase and the fact that the mower doesn't require gas, oil, and is described as pretty much maintenance-free. But what a headache! I haven't even been able to find a second battery at any retail stores. What's really going on?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not sure why this item was reviewed so highly when I researched electric chainsaws. The I have only used the charger x2 and it stopped working after that. Terrible!!!

This was the 2nd battery to be used with my new Greenworks lawn mower. The lawn mower holds two for prolonged use but only comes with one. With the two batteries I just make it in getting my lawn mowed - runs about an hour 20 minutes. I feel the price is very high for a battery only.

BOUGHT THIS BATTERY TO AUGMENT THE BATTERY ITHAT CAME WITH MY CHAINSAW. WHAT A SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE IN CUTTING TIME AVAILABLE. WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT MY CHAINSAW I WAS DUBIOUS ABOUT WHAT IS COUD DO, BUT I NOW USE IT INSTEAD OF MY STHIL SAW.
