Bought an extra batter for the self propelled mower I use for trimming and the ditches around a 2 acre property. Haven't had to change the battery yet. Trimmed twice and still has charge left. Couldn't be happier.
I bought the mower, weed wacker, and chain saw along with several batteries. I'm extremely satisfied with the other products in the line, but my battery charger stopped working after less than a year. The light doesn't come on and the batteries won't charge anymore. Extremely disappointing giving the quality of the rest of the line. It seems like the warranty process is much more involved than just buying a new charger.
I started a landscape maintenance service at the beginning of the global pandemic, browsed all the manufacturers, and added tools to provide better service. So far I have the Corded 14" Dethatcher, the Corded 2300psi Brushless Pressure Washer, the Pro 60V Cordless Hedge Trimmer, and Pro 60V Cordless Stick Edger. I am absolutely impressed with the solid performance of Greenworks products! I am looking forward to acquiring the Pro 60V Brushless Blower, Pro 60V Brushless String Trimmer, and Pro 25" Brushless Mower. I have examined the engineering of all manufacturers product lines, found Greenworks to be an absolute leader in cordless landscape maintenance tools, and recommend them to anyone who asks me about mine.
I bought a Greenworks Pro 21" mower a couple months back. It only came with one 5aH battery. I later got a trimmer that came with a 2.5ah battery. Amazingly, the 2.5ah battery lasts almost exactly as long as the 5ah battery under the exact same cutting conditions! I don't know if I have a bad 5ah battery, but this is unacceptable. Unfortunately I can't exchange the 5ah battery at the moment because they are sold out.
