Impossible to tell what toothbrush this comes with

I have no idea which toothbrush this comes with, because in the images there are two separate brushes. The one in the first image is the one I would like to purchase but I do not know if it is the one I would get if purchased. I experienced this same issue with the Pro 1000 model

Power on/off button needs improving

I bought this a month ago and after using it for a week I put it away. The problem is that the on/off power button and the speed of the brush head are all in the same button which means in order to turn it off you have to hold the power button in for a few seconds, which is a dumb way off turning it off. It needs to be designed with a separate speed button and a separate on/off button. I like oral b products, but in my opinion this one needs a design improvement. If I had not used it I would take it back and get something different.

Think we got a dud

The speeds are virtually the same. And the charging station doesn’t seem to work. You have to play with it and twist it. The brush seems like it’s missing the blue rubber piece. I think ours is a dud. Dead on arrival!

I have had one of these for 20 years and the brush doesn't spin any more. Any one that has has, does the brush spin when you turn it on? I would like for someone to share that piece of information please?

Cleans great but....

I bought this toothbrush a couple weeks after having braces put on and ouch. My teeth were over being sore and painful. I started using the 1500 and have only used it on sensitive mode after turning it on and feeling how strong it was and my teeth were hurting and sore within a few hours. The vibration is simply to strong. It cleans great but is just to strong for me. I wish I could return it cause I don't use it anymore and hate being out so much money. I wish I would have bought a cheaper one first.

No-Nonsense Brush

Huge upgrade from manual brushing. I feel like this brush is everything you need in an electric toothbrush unless you're really into the app capabilities of the high end ones.
Only "con" I would say is that brushing can be a bit messy (big teeth, small mouth) but the benefit of crazy clean teeth is worth it for me.
Very happy with my purchase and I would buy again 100%.

Battery life unsatisfactory.

Bought this model in October 2020. Battery lasted one week when used as recommended, i.e., 2 min. twice a day. Returned to customer service and was given a replacement. Still, the battery lasts only one week vs. two weeks as indicated in product instructions provided with the toothbrush. I'm disappointed because I specifically selected this model since it has a lithium battery, which I understood was intended to last for two weeks.

the life of the set depends on life of battery. once the battery is dead you must dispose the set to buy a new one. a poor design to generate more sales and pollute environment.
