Awesome for desserts, sides and tapas

I like this size for individual servings better that the smaller ones. Better for bigger appetites. I usually portion on gratin per two people depending on what I am making. I will often do scallops and scampi for one in this size. Lots of room for sauce, garnish.
Count on the fabulous Staub quality built in. Enamel coated inside and out. No extra maintenance, no seasoning.
I would recommend this to a friend!
