Superb Quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I certainly didn't expect as much bass as I received from the Klipsch subwoofer! I'm so pleasantly surprised at the depth and crispness of the bass.
While of course this isn't my first subwoofer, I had looked at the specs online and thought this would be perfect for the living room. Upon receiving, I hooked it up to my receiver and made some adjustments for sound quality. My first experience in using the subwoofer was with music which was quite good but not overly impressive. What impressed me was theatrical. Superb quality for suspenseful/thriller movies. That bass kicks in hard like it should, when it should. I'm happy I thought to set this up in the living room instead of my music room because not I consider this component a must have while watching TV/movie.
The setup was as simple as connecting a couple wires and making just a few adjustments on the receiver itself. It took under 10 minutes to get it together and now I'm feeling some bass and shaking my neighbors windows!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have the floor speakers this subwoofer is a must have to complete the package! Very quick to setup, self amplified, LPF and gain adjustments on the back to tune to your liking. I have the sub reflex port off the wall about 6 inches to get the most out of the bass reflection and fill the room, in this case my whole house. I love that the sub does not sound empty and the lows are felt as much as heard. There is no hesitation, no popping, no distortion just pure raw bass. You have to hear it in person to enjoy what I am stating in words. I could not recommend this subwoofer enough, just get it!

Klipsch is King!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been obsessed with high end audio, I consider myself somewhat of an audiophile and have forever been in love with anything related to Klipsch. I personally believe their equipment is top of the line and this subwoofer is right on par with what I’d expect from Klipsch. The first thing I appreciated about the subwoofer is the weight, it is a solidly built sub and as expected it is on the heavier side. The overall appearance of the sub is very aesthetically pleasing and would fit nicely in any interior. It is very easy to connect to a receiver with a single RCA cable. The dials on the back are well placed and appear to be very accurate with the set levels. The amount of bass that this subwoofer produces is simply astonishing. I was absolutely impressed with the quality and richness of the output. It can put out enough bass to rattle your entire house, if you are into that level of volume! If your current setup for surround lacks quality components, this sub will certainly sound out of place as the audio is outmatched. I can confidently say it will be the centerpiece in anyones surround sound set up. I am almost at a lack of words to describes how pleased I am with this product. First use left me with an ear to ear smile the entire time I used it, I am literally elated with this sub:) I have used this sub so far for movies and music, it is equally amazing for both uses. I previously had a Polk audio sub that in my opinion is not even in the same class as this sub, this baby is far superior! I have always been a Klipsch enthusiast, this sub confirms why I will always call Klipsch the king of audio. If you are considering purchasing a sub in the near future, hands down, this product should be at the top of your list. It is the perfect combination of quality, appearance, and output that may or may not leave you with unhappy neighbors:)

Nice Subwoofer - Recommended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sub is great. It's a standard design (a big box with a woofer in the front and plugs in the back). It's relatively large in size and looks like the images on the website. The sound is powerful, clear and exactly what I had hoped for. I have several other subwoofers, including some other higher end ones and this is equal to or better performance than the others. I would say the design is good and no complaints, but at the same time it isn't as "fancy" of a design as some others. That's probably my biggest negative -- which isn't much of a negative.
Overall, I am very happy with this sub and I think you will like it too. If you are considering this as an option for you, I think you will be happy with the purchase.

Bass to the max

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Klipsch SUB-100 Subwoofer, Sub-120 Subwoofer, and two Klipsch F-200 Floorstanding Speakers. I used an Onkyo TX NR709 receiver for the hook up. The speakers by themselves are beautiful and sound amazing, and they provide a well-orchestrated hearing pleasure. I have watched musicals, action movies (Marvel, of course), sitcoms, news, cartoons, anime, and more. You will need to find the right receiver tone settings and presets for each genre to get the most desirable bass to vocal level ratio. These are so amazing that I have now purchased the Klipsch Center 200 to complete the set. I may consider some surround sound as well. The Pros are numerous and will only grow as I incorporate this system into my daily audio regimen. For the Cons, the size of the speakers can quickly inhabit the space, which is not ideal for any room other than a larger area for media. That still did not stop me from placing these bad boys in my office/bedroom/media enclave/yoga studio space. Of note, there is a big difference between the SW 100 and 120. The bass from the 120 can rattle walls easily. The 100 is more manageable for a small space by itself or as an accompaniment with the 120 in a larger space.
P.S. I added the C200 for the center channel. Crazy good sounds and vibrations. Namaste
