I have used this toothbrush head for one month and most of the bristles have all fallen off. Some have caught in my teeth! It was poorly constructed and should be recalled.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Appreciate the quality and that it works so great. Has lasted for years and will upgrade to the new design once it goes out. In the meantime, grateful that I can obtain the older brushheads.
I got nervous about the quality of the brush heads when reading about bristles falling out fairly soon. Brush-heads are a great money-making feature but Philips owes the customer a good quality head that will, in fact, last the 3 months suggested. They are so unnecessarily expensive, I figured I might do as well ordering an imitation from China, which I have done and saved 50% after shipping. Last time I did this the quality seemed at least equal to the manufacturer's. Why not a durable bristle head that will delight all of us happy users?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] replacement heads are so expensive, the ones I bought at another retailer fell apart where the magnets are, so I buy direct
Disappointed with these brush heads, If I could've given a 0, I would. Fraying brush head after 16 days. What happened to the quality products this company used to make?
After using one of the toothbrush heads for only 16 days, it fell apart in my mouth. What a disappointment. Incentive for me to purchase the competition's brushes.
