[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the e-Series toothbrush for many years. When I began using it the improvement in my oral hygiene was immediately noted by my hygienist.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall love the product and use my toothbrush for couple of years now. Unfortunately, cannot purchase those toothbrush heads refills in any local supermarket anymore. They were not listed on your website under the products tab either. Only when I googled the "e-series Philips toothbrush refills" I could find the product. I thought I would have to discard the perfectly working toothbrush. I hope you continue to make the refills, as the toothbrush was not cheap to replace often. Thank you
Just gets old having to replace high-priced heads very quickly
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi,
Thanks for your review regarding the Sonic toothbrush heads.
At first glance it may not be obvious, but brush heads lose stiffness and gradually wear down over months of normal use. Our blue reminder bristles fade to white and help you recognize when it's time for a replacement. For optimal results, we suggest to replace your brush head every three months. If your brush heads are not providing you with at least 3 months of brushing time, please feel free to get in touch via social media. We’re available 24/7 on Facebook and Twitter. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via the contact page on our website. One of our colleagues will then try their best to help you further.
