Like the product. Does a good cleaning job.
Don't like mildew buildup inside base. Water/toothpaste seem to seep inside.

I love my toothbrush

Have had my Phillips Sonicare about 3 + years now and have purchased for other members of our family. Very easy to use and with great results. I get great reports from my Dentist, so I blame it on my toothbrush. Thank you for making a great product and making it easy to order replacement heads.

Pros: timer almost assures a complete brush

I have the rechargeable SONICARE, and bought an extra 3-brushhead pack. My wife and I are set for at least a year because we use the same Sonicare, and tagged our brush heads. It is always in charge on the wall, and always as powerful as new.
Pros: clean great
Cons: may hurt teeth if used with some harsh toothpaste.

This product is a great family product

This is a great toothbrush. The timer feature is great. Now we know how long to brush our teeth! We seem to be doing a more thorough job at brushing.
The only thing we don't like is the difficulty of cleaning the inside of the handle and the brushing unit. It should come with some type of brush that would get down into each. If someone forgets to clean them out, they become really nasty inside.
Pros: great timer feature
Cons: cleaning the product unit lacks easiness

This tooth brush system is awesome I have had it for several years now and I can't say enough good things about it. The design is great it fits good in your hand, and the battery still holds it charge very well. You have to change the brush heads about every six months witch is a good amount of time. The price of the brush are a little steep but worth every penny. Bottom line this tooth brush is awesome!
