Too smart for common sense.

Now Samsung...instructions. Yes, I know you are thinking, "Just plug it in to your phone..." That didn't work. I even pressed and held the button. I even "charged" the pack. Nothing. Getting returned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

How do you charge the battery pack?

How do you charge the battery pack if no electrical wall adapter is included in the box? Does it become a paperweight after the battery pack's charge has been depleted?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You can use a USB Type-C Samsung approved wall adapter/charger to fully charge the battery pack. However, these are sold separately. With so many people already having compatible charging blocks from previous devices, we strive to lead a sustainable future by minimizing environmental impact. Works great with my OPPO phone, JBL headphones, and every other device I've tested it with. No complaints. I also like that it allows dual USB-C outputs to charge two devices at once. The capacity is huge too, I haven't been able to make it run out.
