Just buy it!!!!!!

Best portable charger with DUAL USB C PORTS!!!! All of my charging cables are USB C at both hands and often times I find myself in need of charging two devices at once. Most portable battery banks only have one type C port so when I found out about this product I immediately purchased it. The charging speeds are super fast. The I tested the capacity of the pack to see what its truly capable of. When the battery pack is fully charged its capable of fully charging my Galaxy Tab S8 from 15%. AND TOP OFF MY S21 FROM 65%!!!!!! Best battery pack on the market. And, the color is pretty cool.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Never Charged up. Dead on arrival

It's never worked. The battery won't charge at all. I had a previous version 2 years ago that never worked as well. Samsung battery packs are total garbage. I would never recommend this battery to anyone.

Charges quickly, excellent design, reliable!

Loved it so much I bought 2! This charger charges itself up quickly and charges my devices quickly too! The smooth sides are pleasant to hold, which can be a challenge when you are a petite person. The color is brilliant as it's easy to find in a backpack or among other electronics. I had to evacuate during the recent fires and while I was grabbing things quickly the color really made the chargers easy to find. I've used this to charge up phones, an iPad, and I've even topped up my laptop on occasion. It's light weight enough to keep in a bag without weighing you down. My co-workers even borrow it to charge their iphones. Highly recommend!

Capacity of battery (thus far) fails to impress

Perhaps my expectations were a bit too high when I purchased this charger for the purpose of providing a charging backup for my S23, but my experiences to date with this charger are mixed (at best). In reading the info provided by Samsung, it was not immediately obvious this product ships with only one recharging cord (a USB-C to USB-C connection) and not two especially when dual charging capability is mentioned so frequently. Buried a bit deeper, I did find this fact before ordering but making this more obvious in the literature might be a good idea. The same goes with the electrical cord too. I do wish Samsung offered an option while ordering to allow a customer to specify if they wanted 1 or 2 recharge cords and electrical cord.
The performance of this charger to date has been ... okay. My charger was completely without power when received, and took just under 5 hours to receive a full charge. The battery when provided two half charges (each from around 50%) to my S23 before all battery reserve was gone. That cycle has repeated itself (in whole) twice and I am now on the 3rd cycle. To be honest, I expected more charging power (meaning the battery would produce more recharging cycles before requiring a recharge) from this battery and I have yet to attempt two concurrent charges. From this perspective, the battery has been a bit disappointing.
The battery itself seems solid (I have not dropped it yet...) and the display panel on the front of the battery is small but still easy enough to see. The size of this battery makes carrying it in your pocket a bit of a problem but I suspect when I need this battery, I will likely be on longer trips where I carry other bags so putting this battery in another bag should be pretty easy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
