This is the first defender series otterbox that I have purchased and I absolutely love it!!! It is not bulky and is kind of sleek. It is very durable, I just wish it had a screen protector. But all in all, I love it!!!

I have come to know Other Box to be one of the best cases I've ever had. The idea of it no longer comes with a screen protector kind of puts it on par with other cases. I used to love the fact that it came with a screen protector to help me sure no scratches on the device. Now that it does not come with a screen protector I think the price should drop a little. Feel like Otterbox is slipping.

The case itself is like other Otterbox cases I have had. It seems to be built with quality. It does fit well and does not add a lot of size to the phone. I am somewhat disappointed with the case.
Cons
-First off to be able use a Samsung wireless charger you have to lay the phone sideways or have a charger that can set flat.
-If you put the phone into the belt clip with the screen facing the clip it has a little bit of a wiggle. The phone does stay in place, but concerned about the longer wear and tear since it is already loose.

It's strange that it is wiggling, especially since we engineer the belt clips to securely hold the phone, so we apologize! Please don't hesitate to call our handy Otters at 1-855-688-7269, and they'll fix you up with a solution. As for the wireless charging issue, unfortunately at the moment we are unable to confirm full compatibility with wireless charging. We will verify capabilities as soon as we can.

I was disappointed see the integral screen protection was no longer part of the Defender.
After installing a separate screen protector I can admit this setup is much better.
Otterbox should include a screen protector or at least have theirs available at the same time as this case.
Very good case though. Like every other Defender I've had.

been an otterbox fan since the HTC Hero and no other case has pleased me as much. This year I'm a little disappointed that they removed the face cover on the defender which forced me to buy another protective screen when it was not needed before. I understand that the cover was been removed for whatever purpose but if your giving a lesser product the the price should be less as well.
