Incomplete without screen protection. With alpha glass being expensive and not yet available, I have to use another case until I can protect my screen.

the snap in part does not fit as good, the price was high or higher but it did not include the screen saver section and there is no opening were the extra memory chip is loaded.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the best protective case you can buy for such a premium phone. Feels very protective and sturdy, you have to put medium to hard force to get the phone to snap in so it feels very compact and safe. With a screen protector and this case you can have confidence in carrying your brand new note 8 and not worry about breaking it if there is an accidental drop.

I have always been an otterbox fan and nothing has changed. I do enjoy having the screenless defender case as in previous phone models the screen protector that was attached made it hard to press the buttons. Overall love the case and color to protect this expensive phone!
