The case fits the phone well and I feel it's protected but the Samsung no 8 as a wireless charger and it doesn't charge thru the case

I PURCHASED THIS ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO. IM SO USED TO THE NOTE 4 OTTER BOX THAT COVERS THE WHOLE PHONE. THIS ONE COVERS EVERYTHING BUT THE SCREEN. I WANT MY WHOLE PHONE COVERED REGUARDLESS OF IT BEING WATER/SCRATCH RESISTANT. I DON'T WANT TO PAY EXTRA FOR FOR A SCREEN PROTECTANT WHEN THE DEFENDER COULD'VE COME WITH EVERYTHING

Any sort of integrated screen protection could have hindered touch sensitivity with the screen, especially around the edges, and this sounded like a frustrating experience that we did not want for our customers.

It's a good cause but I wish I came with a built in screen protector like your other defenders that's why I bought this one and for some reason the back of the case by the camera becomes loose the rubber part

Major complaint is the belt holder! Very light snap in and i am afraid of it coming off at 60 mile per hour on the bike. Looking at moving to different brand. Sad as I have used otter defenders from my note 1 to the 8!

I have always love otter box and it's products but the otter box for the Note 8 I really hate. Why would leave the most fragile piece of the open? I really wish it was a true case like the ones in your previous attempts. Even with the added screen guard you offer it doesn't work at all I had to throw it away because it doesn't form to screen correctly. Also I purchased the wireless charger from Samsung it doesn't work with your case. Please if you are going to protect the phone please protect the entire phone.

I bought this about two weeks ago and the case itself has significantly improved the usability of the Note 8, whose Gorilla Glass 5 build makes it inherently slippery. The non-slip finish and overall aesthetic are of the highest quality yet seen in a Defender case, and the internal construction is at least the equal of any prior case. However, the USB and headphone port are not labelled as they have been up to now on previous Defender cases, and not including a screen protector is a massive mistake. If a user doesn't want screen protection, let them make that choice and buy a Commuter.
