Ordered it the night we got the new Note 8...knew in order to take care of the new phone, we had to have the best protection. Had OtterBox on all our other phones and devices and they just keep on performing as advertised.

I have had an Otter Box Defender on every phone I've had for many years. This one is my least favorite to date. The removal of the screen is very disappointing. Definitely not the quality they use to be.

I really like this case a lot, the reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is I wish it had the screen protection built into the case as well. But aside from that it's great. I am able to use the wireless charger and the head phone port is big enough that the cord goes in the whole way without me having to take it off. I would absolutely recommend this product.

I have to agree with a previous post about there been no plastic screen to protect the glass from scratches and stuff. So now I have to purchase an extra item to keep the glass screen safe.

Love the Defender Series. The rugged version, triple protection. Add weight little bit to the phone which makes the phone more comfortably to hold, not too light. So far so good. The last defender I have last many years before the rubberized casing start falling apart.

Not real happy with the lack of built in screen protection that's been available for every other Galaxy Note phone up to this point. Paying the same price for half the protection the previous models give is disappointing. I've used Otterbox exclusively since my Note2 phone and every Note since. If this is the new design for the new phones, I doubt I'll continue to buy for the Next Note.
