As always, good quality, durable, but still lightweight. It fits the phone perfectly and tightly. The only thing missing that would make it perfect is if there was a cover for the front glass. I don't like the fact that my phone screen is exposed.

I bought an Otterbox Defender for my Note 8 before I even bought the phone; that's how sure I was that I'd be happy with my purchase. I've owned several of their cases in the past, and I've never been disappointed with the quality of their merchandise.
I got a midnight black case, it's simple, it fits perfectly, it protects the phone. Do note that it has no screen cover, but I honestly prefer it that way. There are quarter inch wings on the top and bottom that protrude outwards from the face of the phone to protect it from falling directly on a surface.
Those that want additional screen protection can invest in a tempered glass cover, or use the belt clip holster that comes with the phone.
All in all, quality case. Would buy again.

The design is very sleek, however I miss the lack of the front screen. I understand it's because of the edge curvature but I still miss the complete defense of the defender series.
