I've had them for years but the quality has declined. The one I brought 10 days ago busted from a very short drop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great protection

I got a defender a month ago for my note 8, and love the protection of the case.
It is a very good case just wish had more color options
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was very upset at first that this case didn't come with the built in screen, because that was the main thing I liked about the defender series. I'm glad I bought it anyways, and I am glad that it didn't come with the built in screen protector. It still protects the screen from falls. They have their reasons for doing things, and Otterbox making a decision to take away the built in screen was a good one.
In the years that I've had auto Box covers with you I've always been happy this one I'm not happy with I will be making a call for either exchange or complete refund I'm not at all happy up until this point I loved your cases

Hoping It's as good as the rest of them have been one small Complaint cannot use the Charging adapter for old android cord slot is not big enough on bottom of case to allow the use of the Adapter block
been an otterbox fan since the HTC Hero and no other case has pleased me as much. This year I'm a little disappointed that they removed the face cover on the defender which forced me to buy another protective screen when it was not needed before. I understand that the cover was been removed for whatever purpose but if your giving a lesser product the the price should be less as well.
