Unfortunately my phone has fallen to the ground a few times and no problems with protection.This case is rugged.It does come out of the holster alittle easier then I think it should.Over all a great product.

I like the sender products. I had a note 4 before this and put a defender case on it, I dropped it several time and was able to maintain the phone over to years. It was no question what to put on my new note 8 to protect it. Loving the purple color .

I bought the case knowing it doesn't have the protective screen on the front and thought that I would be ok without it. I was wrong, I am always nervous now that my screen is not protected.
I know the screen is curved but the case for my s7 edge worked just fine with the protective screen cover.
Also, I am disappointed that the wireless charging does not work while the case is on most of the time. You have to pay the charger down and find the absolute perfect spot for the phone to charge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As for the wireless charging, the Defender is compatible with all Samsung wireless charging stands that are in the flat configuration. As long as they are horizontal, the case should not hinder the wireless charging feature in any way. I have had several otterbox. AS a matter of fact on every phone I have had since they starting coming out with the defender. And this one is no different. I love the shape as it is for my note 8 and the COLOR... What a pretty purple it is!!!
