This is my second defender series. Had my otter box on my note 4 since i bought it four years ago. Take the defender off phone is like new. I work outdoors its been through h#ll. Been dropped mud water phone is still in great shape so is the otter box. If you need protection get the defender you won't be sorry

This isn't my first Otterbox product, so I expected a great-fitting product, and that is what I received. The fit and finish is perfect, and it certainly feels like it can take a drop or two. The color - Big Sur - is complementary to the Deep Sea Blue on my device. There is just the right amount of space between the camera/sensor cluster and the case's cutout to "show off" the device's color. Installing the case is easy, removal is a bit of a pain in the butt. All-in-all, I am satisfied with this purchase.

The belt clip is very loose. It seems like the phone will fall out. No screen protector.

We decided to forego the built-in screen protector this time around in order to give customers full access of the curved infinity glass. As for the belt clip, we definitely don't want your device falling out, since it's supposed to keep your phone securely at your side. We would suggest placing the phone in the belt clip with the screen facing outwards, as this orientation has proven to work best.
