Great protection as usual. I'm just not happy that they did not make a screen cover for this one--especially considering the cost. Now, I have to pay extra money to get one. I'd recommend this one with caution because of the extra expense.

It was clipped to my belt for 2 minutes and the clip fell right off. There is also no cover to protect the screen of my brand new note 8 phone.

We truly believe that our customers will have the best interaction with the uniquely curved infinity display via either direct contact or use of a separate glass screen protector. If you're looking for a little extra screen security, we do carry the Alpha Glass screen protector which will pair perfectly with your Defender!
As for the belt clip, we might suggest facing the phone screen out whenever you put it in the holster. We have found that this orientation works best for the Galaxy Note 8 Defender. If the belt clip is actually broken, please feel free to call our awesome Otters at 1-855-688-7269, and they'll be happy to replace it under our warranty!

Got my case about 2 weeks ago. The only complaint is the covers for the ear and power jacks. After some time, it looks like the will either fail, or mess up the case. Time will tell. Otherwise, awesome cases.
Been a fan for many, many years.

I bought this case a couple of weeks ago and I'm disappointed. I've always bought the defender series cases but this particular defender case for my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 doesn't feel like it will protect my phone well enough, and a tempered glass screen protector DOESN'T FIT with this case.

I would have given this 5 stars but it doesn't come with the screen protection like the previous versions. I am a true loyal customer! My phones never break in this case and I carry my phones for years, lol. I even buy these cases for my children and the only damage that concerns me with their phones is losing it, other than that their phones are always well protected.

Good if you don't care about wireless charging

Wireless charging is hit or miss. If you don't position phone just right, the charger will kick off and you wake up with a dead phone.
Mostly works if phone is on its side with the power button side down, centered just right.
