I just bought last 21st of September, and the product I have received has a chipped edge in the camera corner. It’s really bad because I am a fan of this product and this is the first time it happened to me. I’m still in the process of claiming a product replacement and I am hoping that they can really assist me regarding this matter.

To tell the truth, I'm pretty disappointed. The Case is very slippery and it's just scary to walk around like this with the phone. I wish I had ordered the commuter. I just do not go around with the cover.

Although the sleek style can take some getting used to, after a brief adjustment period, handling that case should start to feel like second nature. This is my first experience with Otter Box, and will be my last. I have bought two of these cases for the same phone, and when I set my phone on a flat surface, it teeters! Two cases, same result! Garbage!

Good little case so far.... only time and a couple of drops will tell. Only big gripe is the lack of grip on the back of the case, it will slide off anything a so could be dropped. I have had to stick anti slip coat hanger pads to the back to combat this. I also had to do this to my iPhone six case. Come on otter it’s an obvious oversight/ design floor.
ITS VERY HARD TO INSERT PHONE IN AND OUT,IF YOU'RE A LADY.

I’ve been use this type of case since iPhone 6S+ days. Always loved it. Now on the Max the buttons for power, and volume don’t stick out much so it’s hard to tell if you’re pressing it without looking. I have it on my X still and it was super easy to tell on that.
