These new covers for the IPhone X’s Max is rediculas in saying that it’s great for saving a phone. It has no front coverage and expects you to also purchase a glass for the front... After years of great products, this is the worst!!!!

It’s very protective of the screen display when I place the iPhone in the case it completely covers the screen so I can only see and touch the back of the iPhone. Each time, I have to remove the iPhone from the case to access the screen to make calls etc. I think the design could of been better thought through.

I have used Otterbox ever since I bought my first iPhone. I always bought the Defender series, because I liked the built-in screen protection. Now that is no longer available, so I chose the Symmetry with the add-on alpha glass.
The alpha glass is okay, although I still wish it was built-in.
The case, on the other hand, is lousy. It doesn't feel "good" in my hands. It's heavy and some of the buttons are too sensitive; I hit them accidentally all the time.
I have switched back to using an Apple case I bought, and left the Alpha glass in place. The case probably doesn't protect my phone as well, but it feels good, it's light, and the buttons behave better.
I am VERY disappointed in this purchase. I will think at least twice before trying Otterbox again.

As for the buttons, we have to admit that we're a little surprised that they seem to be too responsive. This isn't necessarily typical of the product, and if you'd like us to take a closer look, our Otter detectives are all over this case (pun intended). I bought this nearly a month ago, but for some reason it keeps on slipped by itself from car phone holder(magnetic one). Tried with another phone holder too, but still same. I missed the free case for this one, as I can't afford my phone to get broke just because of cover.
