I was really excited to get my case! But I was let down when as soon as I put it in my purse it got dirty and the stain wouldn’t come off. It wasn’t too bad so I moved on. By default, I always put my phone in my pocket and once I did that the case was ruined. What’s the point of a phone case you can put in your pocket?

The Symmetry Series case is very nice & looks great. However, the shell is a very hard, tough, durable plastic. So much so, that it makes it easy to slide out of your hand, and thus drop the phone. Relative to grip, it is a bit better than the naked phone, but not much. This is a very big phone. The case needs to have better grip ability. Like the defender series. Also the case is very slim/thin. As such the case does not stick out much further than the screen, or the camera lens. If dropped flat, even a very small pebble will hit the glass screen, or the camera lens. If you’re looking for good drop protection and a good grip for your $1,550 iPhone Xs Max, get the Defender Series.

I got this case about three weeks ago for my iPhone 10S Max, it’s a good case I have been buying OTTERBOX Symmetry series for years, but there is some kind of defect around the Siri button the top is stretched out a bit, it is unlike OTTERBOX quality but I guess I have to deal with it a little disappointed.
