While this case still offers a decent amount of protection, the new design of the symmetry series no longer has a bumper of protection for the screen or camera. Had I known this at purchase I would have kept looking.

This case fits the phone perfectly. Some of the cases I first bought for this phone from other brands didn’t fit the camera or speakers correctly since the layout and size of those changed a bit. I’m really glad I got the symmetry series because the iPhone XS Max is already a huge phone, making it any bigger would be a mistake. It really does help with protecting it. I have no screen protector on my phone and so far it hasn’t cracked when dropped with this case. I’m happy with the design of it, too. It’s a really nice green color and the leaves/branches on the back of the case are just enough to give it some personality without making it too childish or unprofessional.
