[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent power good run time on 5 ah battery ,forget the hassle of gas , do yourself a favor and go green!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy in all aspects. Quiet, powerful, mows my .5 acre on a single charge. I like not having to go buy gas!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use. Very powerful. One battery charge lasts an hour or more. The charger is fast, but there is enough time for a drink and a rest. Very nice system of raising and lowering the mower: so much easier than adjusting each wheel. Pretty impressive machine and so easy to start. My sore right shoulder is almost better.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this mower because I have a couple of customers who have really steep hills in their yards and I can not use a gas powered mower on them so I have been weedeating these hills for the last few years and I was finally tired of it. I figured a battery powered mower would not lock up because it was being starved for oil and it would make mowing these hills a lot quicker and easier.
I accidentally ordered the non-self propelled model and thought I was going to regret it, but I don't. It is extremely easy to push and does not feel like you're pushing a 75 pound mower up and down a hill. It stays pretty straight on the hills and does a decent cut job.
My only issue is the blade. The blade will not throw the clippings out the side. It lays them out the side in nice little rows like a sickel bar mower does to a hay field. If Greenworks would give us some medium lift blade choices, I bet this review would be 5 stars.
The mower has been great and serves its purpose well. It even has me considering getting the 30 inch commercial mower.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it a few days ago and tried it immediately after I received it. It was amazing! Way better than my other electric lawnmower. It’s quiet and easy to use.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, it was incredible. And then after 6 months, the self-propel stopped working. 1.5 years later one of the batteries is defective and flashing red. If not for these two things I would give it 5 stars and highly recommend. When it's working well, it's pretty incredible.

Hello SomeHuskerFan. We are sorry to hear of the issues you experienced. We can see you have been in touch with our team, and we are happy they were able to assist you with this warranty claim. The overall battery life is dependent on many factors such as where they have been stored, charged, and handled. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. It is recommended to store the battery with a full charge, and if it is being stored for a period where no use is expected, to check on the charge every couple of months. If you notice the charge has dropped, we advise charging the battery back up to full before returning it to its safe storage place. Following these steps will ensure you receive the most of the battery life. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know we are here to help.
