I have a small unusual front yard. with lots of trees and other obstacles, not to mention the irregular shape. And since I live on a hill it makes it even harder to cut. This mower was perfect for what I needed. The features really matched my needs, the light wait, the easy of using batteries instead of gas or an electric cord. I love when the mower cuts a heavy patch of grass that it increases the power to make it easier to cut. The bagger works well, starting it is easy....and I'm amazed at how fast the batteries recharge. I've been looking for this mower all my life! Thanks!

I purchased a Green works 21" Cordless, Brushless 80 Volt Self Propelled Lawn Mower 3 weeks ago. It is GREAT. This electric lawn mower is actually fun to use. I can mow the front and back yards and only use 2/3 of the battery. Recharging is really nice as it only takes approximately 45 minutes for a complete recharge. It is easy to use and clean.

Bottom line up front: This mower is phenomenal. Even though I've only had it a few weeks, but I've already abused the bejeesus out of it... I'd gladly buy another one tomorrow. Look at the photos I've attached. I also purchased the attachment capable weedeater. It's great too, but the mower is the best mower I've ever used.
I have a 3/4 acre lot. The 1/2 acre of my property that is grass was no problem at all. Using a 4Ah and a 2Ah battery, I only have had to pause to charge once - and that is only because I let the grass get really high. It was knee high in some places.
That being said, over the years I have let about 1/4 of my lot has been go wild. I've called it my "suburban nature preserve." It was to the point where I was considering hiring a professional to clear the land. It consisted of raspberry bushes, greenbriar vines, english ivy, and hundreds of magnolia, oak, and pine saplings. Some of these saplings were 6' tall.
The other day, I took a pass through a section that was mostly ivy and greenbriar with no issues. Gradually, I worked up the nerve to take it through the really thick stuff. This mower did not disappoint. The only time it stopped was when I hit some hidden plastic sheeting and when the battery died.
It mulched literally dozens of saplings 3/4" thick and 6 feet tall while making light work of the brush surrounding them. I've never seen a mower be able to handle this type of stuff and I'm absolutely amazed.

I had a new sod installed. I used this mower 3-4 times sofar. It is easy to use and assemble. It took me less than 10 minutes to unbox and start. I will focus on what I like simply because it is a good equipment. The 5.0 Ah battery was able to run for more than 9000sq ft of lawn which equals to about 45 minutes. Quality of cut was good. Most of it is made of steel. On the negative side, the self-propelled system do not respond immediately. It needs little bit of learning. That is why I did not put 4 starts because with time it will not be an issue at all. I am already in love with the greenworks line that I recently purchased a timmer.
