Hello CristianG,
We appreciate you taking the time to leave positive feedback about your newly purchased item. We are happy to hear that you are enjoying it. We would love to offer some tips to help care for the tool and accessories. For best storage practice the lawn mower should be stored somewhere dry and protected from the elements, such as a garage or shed. If you have no other choice but to store it outside, keep it elevated above the ground and covered with a durable tarp. When the battery will not be in use, store it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. Store the battery with a full charge, and if it is being stored for a period where no use is expected, check on the charge every couple of months. If you notice the charge has dropped, we recommend charging the battery back up to full before returning it to its safe storage place. Following these steps will ensure you receive the most of the battery life. If it ends up that you are having an issue with the lawn mower, battery or charger please contact Greenworks Pro toll-free helpline at 1-855-345-3934, and we would be happy to assist you further in remedying an issues. Thank you for your feedback! Thank you for being a valued Greenworks customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not self propelled, so it takes a little effort to push but nothing too difficult. Battery lasted about 45 minutes. I would recommend, got the job done.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to push and start. Was able to cut my front yard, side yard and 2/3 of my neighbors front yard with 1 battery. Easy to put battery in and take out and I have arthritis in my hand so it is difficult to grip.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like the mower in general. It cuts nice and feels very sturdy. I purchased it with the hope of making lawn mowing easier - easier to maneuver, not as noisy, no fumes. I truly like the "no fumes" but, it is heavier than my gas powered mower and is very loud *I still have to wear ear protection. I am a 69 yr old lady who only stands 4' 10". This mower is difficult for me to handle

Great upgrade from gas mower
on May 30, 2024
Posted by: timmwood
This was a great upgrade from gas mowers! No more struggles to start a mower. It doesn't break down in the middle of mowing season. My gas mowers would inevitably break down in the middle of mowing season and the wait time for a repair was three weeks. For that reason, I had two mowers. The savings in repair costs has more than made up the difference in price between this mower and a comparable gas mower. My one criticism is the side grass discharge chute. I'd rather not use the bag, so I used the chute. That required installing the plastic cover. Without it, the chute is closed and no cut grass will be ejected while mowing. If the chute cover is bumped against something, it is likely to pop off. This makes it more difficult to mow in tight spaces. I've given up on using the chute and now use the bag. I wish there were a way to open the side chute without installing the plastic cover.
