Shorted out battery when cutting grass.

When i was cutting my grass as I do each week, it just stopped. I checked the battery and it showed it was still full. Put battery in the other tools I have and they would run. Tested the 2nd battery and it worked in the other tools. Tried the battery in the mower and it wouldn’t work. Tried that battery in the other tools and now they don’t work with it. So if I try a new battery in the mower it kills the battery. Big waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic "Green" machine!

I bought this two weeks ago and have used it twice. The set up was simple. Easy to use. Great power and easy to maneuver. Quieted and NO EXHAUST FUMES!

I bought this about 3 months ago and was very pleased with how easy it was to use plus it was like using a gas operated lawnmower.i like that i don't have to buy gasoline it is very quiet but very sturdy with a metal deck i can get 2 mowings from one charge and no more messing around with gasoline

I live in an over 55 community where the landscaping and mowing is done by the owners. However being a retired Golf Course Supt. for 40 years I guess my standards relating to turf management are on a higher level than what they were able to provide. In May I purchased the 21 In. mower and began to manage my own turf and what a difference in the quality of the turf. It was being mowed by the management company with a 1800 lb. zero radius turn mower that was ripping up the sod with every turn. Now I have the best lawn in the community. Easy to operate, easy to store and very quiet and no worry about storing hazardous gasoline. Since that purchase I have bought a Greenworks blower, trimmer, and just ordered a pressure washer. Very satisfied with everything.

Cuts great

I have used this to mow 3 times now. I am pleased with the cut. I bought just the tool figuring I could use the 80V battery that came with my Green works Cultivator. I can only get 12 minutes of running time with the mower, when using the self propel feature about 50% of that time. That is a disappointing runtime! It is hard to rate the mower without factoring in the battery inadequacies.

I bought the lawn mower because I have a bad shoulder and starting a gas mower was killing me. loved it so much I bought the Leaf Blower, the String Trimmer, the Chainsaw , and the Snow blower.
