Pass on the Gas powered mowers and Join the Green “Works” Revolution

Great Mower

I just bought this unit to replace my gas Honda mower. I already like this machine. It works very well for my Bermuda grass on 1/4 acre yard. It has a lot of power to cut my tall grass. The self propel feature works well for me although it has few seconds delay to disengage.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful

Makes me want to get out and mow!

I have owned this machine for 3.5 years, and I love it. I use it to mow my 1 acre property and without any attachments, I get beautiful lines in the lawn. I also use it to collect and mulch leaves in the fall, and it works great! People can't believe with the speed of the blades that on pavement, it collects every small piece of debris. All without having to store, pour and smell gasoline! Oh, yeah, and its easy to store, stands up on end making it very compact, leaving lots of room for my other greenworks tools!

Doesn't work. Tried 4 times.
First Rpund: my Lawn is under 5000 sqft for a small fron tn and back yard. Front yard is under 1000 sqft. Mawn mower after first charging didnt finish front yard, left incomplete. tried 3 times of chargning over several hours. took 3 rouns to complete lawn.
2nd attempt after 2 weeks. Tried to use it on 15-MAY-2022. Charged both batteries for over a week. This time Lawnmower stopped under 10 minutes without completinm\g my front yard. which is under 1000 sqft. My lawn is uncut in the front and looks bad.
This Lawn mower would ruin you weekend schedule, cannot rely on this lawnmower for a small lawn.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The run time of a lawnmower is dependent on the load acting against the unit and fluctuates depending on the height setting, the terrain, grass height, type of grass, whether you are mulching, etc - there are so many factors to consider. The run-time of a battery would depend on the load acting on the unit while in use (speed, terrain, unit height, grass height, and density). Please be aware that the more power being used from the lawnmower (i.e. lawnmower speed, terrain, grass height, density, etc.), the faster the battery charge will drain. Here are a few tips to help you extend the run time! 1) Set the mower to the highest cutting height (or 1/3 of the length of grass), mow no more than 1/3 of the total length at a time. 2) Mow in the morning or late afternoon to reduce the heat stress on newly cut grass and ensure that grass is dry. 3) Only use the self-propelled feature when needed. Not perfect, but still great

So this is probably the best battery-powered lawn mower one can buy today: it cuts through thick grass, would strongly recommend the 80V battery for larger yards. However, the unit is pretty heavy for a push mower so if you need to use it on slopes, it may be a challenge. The side piece that directs the mulch comes off very easily, which is also not good.

Have only used this three times but it exceeded my expectations. I love the 'transmission' kicking into a higher rpm when needed. My only complaint is the bag, which is very easy to dump with its wide mouth, should be green instead of white. Battery charges quickly. Very easy to maneuver mower.
