[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using this mower is a joy. Starts right up with no tugging on a cord. No spark plugs to get fouled. No gasoline cans in the garage. No oil. Just a clean charger and two 60V batteries that charge up in like 40 mins, each. My yard is small...like maybe 2500 sq.ft. Moved the whole ting in 15 mins and used about 2 of four bars of charge on one battery. Both batteries install in the mower and it automatically switches to the right battery when the left one runs out of juice. So, I figure I can mow my yard 4-5 times before I have to charge the batteries again.
The mower is every bit as adjustable and powerful as any gas-powered mower I have ever used. Cut cleanly through my grass with smooth appearance, Since the twin blades turn in opposite directions, there is no obvious back and forth grain in the lawn, when you're done, either! Starts with the push of a button; shuts off when you let go of the "run" bar. It's lightweight, so it is easy to manage when you are turning corners/turning back for another row. Stores standing up, so takes less room.
About the only complaint I "had" during my first use was that it took a second or two for the self propel gear to disengage, after you released the drive handle. Made the wheels locked and hard to pull the mower back. But, after several rows, I realized I just had to push forward a couple more inches, after letting go of the drive handle and voila! Disengaged.

The speed of charging is incredible, the ability to adjust mowing speed, and the detachable scrap-catcher in the back is perfect for really any sized yard. For those of you who are trying to be more environmentally friendly or just looking for a safe and effective alternative to using a gas powered mower- I highly recommend this mower. Easy to clean, easy to use, and a tank with lots of power in the yard.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always wanted an electric lawnmower. this unit does a great job. I gave it four stars only because I wish it would mulch the leaves. I do not like to bag the leaves and send them to the dump. The handle bar folds down nicely and you can then store it on it's end, very nice feature. Also the handlebar is adjustable for different people height preferences. It comes with 2 batteries but only one battery charger but that's ok too. I really like the variable walk behind speeds. It is so easy to use and now my wife mows too, a big help for sure. Overall it is a well built lawnmower. Great for small suburban homes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Greenworks Pro mower is fantastic! It was really easy to put together- it took less than 10 minutes. It comes with 2 batteries,a charger and grass chute. You plug the charger in, you lock one of the batteries in and it lights up and a fan comes on. It will flash to let you know it is charging. The battery itself has 4 lights on it, an indicator. So if two are lit, it is 50%, Four lit would be a full charge. You charge one battery at a time. One battery took 40 minutes to charge because it was half charged, the other took about 60 minutes to charge. There is also a right/left battery indicator on the handle of the mower. After the batteries are charged you are ready to mow! And the mower is self propelled, with adjustable speeds so you can go at your own rate. Very lightweight, easy to maneuver & quiet. It has 7 adjustable settings for how short you want your lawn. The directions that came with it are easy to understand and simple to use. I really love the grass chute for easy clean up! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new mower that is battery powered, I am very impressed and pleased! And my lawn looks great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heavy duty lawn mower without all the required labor! Self propelled and battery powered makes for an easy to use, not to mention environmentally friendly. For someone who has used a gas lawn mower our entire lives, we feel this electric lawn mower does indeed live up to our lawn mowing standards!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already had the Greenworks Pro Blower and it is by far the the most powerful battery powered blower I have used. That lead me to try out this mower. It is wider that my existing gas powered mower and the two battery receptacles make for a very powerful electric mower. No more running out of gas and having to run to the store mid-job. With my extra Greenworks Pro batteries, I always have backups ready to go. I can mow my entire mid-sized yard on a single charge. Lastly, the mower folds up to compactly store out of the way.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always used a gas mower but I finally upgraded to electric. Hands down, bar none will never go back. I'll take it from the top - assembly is incredibly easy. 5 minutes. The batter charger automatically turns off and it doesnt take long to charge. The reasons this is worth every penny: 1. 60V mower will easily handle 12,000 SF yards on one charge 2. No more gas, oil, maintenance, etc. 3. Light weight, self propelled, folds up in a jiffy 4. 25" is a great cutting radius + dual blades = high efficiency 5. 60V is enough power for long grass. It won't hack it with way overgrown grass unless you go very slowly. 6. Mulches lawn as you cut!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have only used this three times but it exceeded my expectations. I love the 'transmission' kicking into a higher rpm when needed. Very easy to maneuver mower. I love when the mower cuts a heavy patch of grass that it increases the power to make it easier to cut. The wheels make mowing the lawn easy too. I like how this mower is not extremely heavy and easy to put in storage. The bagger works well, starting it is easy and I'm amazed at how fast the batteries recharge. The battery is easy to hook up too. I didn't realize that only one can be charge at a time but it charges so fast it didn't bother me. I used this in three different yards as stated above three different times and each time has been great experience.
