We got this machine about a year now, it's a beast. Came with 2 batteries, but we didn't need the back up battery because we only have 1/4 of an acre of land to mow.
Best mower we ever owned.

Amazing Tool, saves lots of time and easy to operate and clean.
Charges full with in 20-30 min.
In one charge I cover my whole lawn, with left out charge in it.
I've also purchased 60V inverter with it, using same batteries can power light, fans and can charge phone and laptops.

Self propel is no more!

Owned this mower for 2 years. Self propel quit this fall when trying to mulch leaves. Cleaned deck with brush and greenworks leaf blower. No luck. Have attempted to contact CS before considering leaf blower will no resolution. I'm not going to sit for a couple hours on hold again for the mower. Guess I'll just pretend I'm a 10 year old boy back in the 60's pushing the walk behind again.
Pros: Easy to Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't do it... Replacement parts not available.

This dual blade 25" 60V was actually very fun and effective for the nine months that I got to enjoy it. Yesterday I hit a small tree stump - and then my blades seized up. After removing and re-installing the blades - one blade works great, and the other just freely rotates by hand, but has no gear. A gear disk or two (of the 4) need to be replaced. (NOTE - I am seeking zero warranty coverage, I merely need to acquire replacement parts and am wanting and able to pay for them). But, after researching online, and just now calling Greenworks - I've learned two things. One, consumers cannot (have never) been able to buy replacement parts for repairing. And two, Greenworks has terminated their USA nationwide network of servicing dealers (until if and when a factory that they are building in TN is done being built, fully operational, and has caught up with it's back-log). BUY THIS OR ANY GREENWORKS APPLIANCE AT YOUR OWN RISK - because Greenworks parts, and servicers, remain two very open-ended questions, with currently zero ability to supply parts or servicing for any repairs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great experience

I bought the 25" 60V mower last spring and used it all summer and into the fall. I had a great experience. It mowed most of my 10,000 Sq ft yard on the first battery and switched over usually when I was 3/4 done. I used the bagger all year and it worked great. When fall came, the mower did such a great job grinding and bagging the leaves, I just kept mowing and hardly needed to rake. The last mow of the year for me was in mid-November. The mower gave me no problems all year. Even when my neighbor got a new A/C unit and the idiot techs left pieces of wire in my yard! The mower just spit out the wire and even bagged some of it! Looking forward to my second year with the mower. I am soring the batteries with a full charge in the basement as recommended.

Third Season with this Mower

Yes I'm on the third season with this mower here in Texas. First two seasons(March - October), I mowed two large .25 acre yards weekly without any problems. I never used more than one battery on each yard. This thing works great. It must weigh 40 lbs less than my old 6.5 HP behemoth. A lot less stress on my back when I carried it in the back of my Tahoe. The only very minor issue I had was in the fall with leaves. I mulched leaves and it does not pick up leaves as well unless I run the mower backward. Other than that I think this machine is great. Love the height adjustment lever.

We bought this lawn mower a few weeks ago. It was delivered within days of ordering it. The set up was super simple. The lawn mower cuts well and we were really surprised by how much grass it can cut on one charge. We love our new mower! We’ve been talking it up to everyone we meet!
