Happy, not happy

I bought this at the end of season last year. I started using it for the first time this summer. First: It leaves trails of uncut grass everywhere. Second: I do not know if one battery will not charge fully, or if the charger isn't working on one side. I can't find 60v 4.0 batteries anywhere. Someone please help me out here. Do I need a new charger, or new batteries, or a new mower?

We needed a mower that was self propelled for a hill on our property. This mower does the job. And we like that it is electric. The batteries charge quickly and last.

Recently upgraded to this self-propelled mower from the 19" Greenworks 40v push mower. HUGE Difference! What used to take me 30 minutes, now only takes 15. The 25" deck provides such a wide cut that my lawn almost looks like it was professionally mowed with a riding mower. Ample speed adjustment, great height settings and the quickest battery charger I've ever used... it's easily the best investment I've made in a long time. Keep up the good work GW!

I’ve had the mower for one month and mowed five times. Overall the mower has performed well, however today after mowing the left handle would not release to fold.

Sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing with the mower's handle. Please make sure that the two handle pins are in the same position. Once they are are lined up. Try the following:
1.Pull up on the handle holes to release the handles. 2. Fold the handles up until the handle pins lock into position.

I have switched almost all of my landscaping tools to electric ones from Greenworks and they have all been great. The lawnmower is one of the last ones being switched over. So far I am very happy with it. Too bad I can't use it more often due to the dry weather. Love not having to deal with gas and starting gas powered tools any longer.

So far I'm impressed. It is better than my gas mower in every way. Long cut times, quiet, easy to push, maneuverable, and makes a nice cut. If it last this will be a great purchase.
