Pleased and a note regarding a couple minor issues

This review is for a hilly 18,000 Sq ft yard with thick black beauty grass in Ohio. These two 4Ah batteries can cover the entire area in Boost with maybe several minutes of battery to spare under dry summer conditions. Boost is a feature I rarely use so there is plenty of battery remaining using standard power. I also don't use the drive typically but it is nice to have as a bail out when the heat/humidity are just too much. Every several mows I rotate in my Cub Cadet rider just for the power to lift and cut the heavier/weighed down grasses this 25" isn't able to get. Overall, pleased with product. My only issue is the mower handle bars squeak quite a bit throughout my mows and the front right wheel is elevated such that it doesn't touch the ground with the other three.

The 25” deck is great and the runtime is excellent. I love cutting the grass and not smelling like gas fumes and exhaust. The two batteries and two port charger that comes with this is an excellent value. It is easy to operate and my wife can easily start this up without having to use a pull cord. Great product!

Duel batteries with power to spare

I made this purchase about a month ago to replace my craftsman battery mower. I researched all brands and found green works to come out on top in my opinion. Its light weight, easy to maneuver and offers a nice clean cut. The turbo boast is ideal for those areas that the lawn grows a little faster and thicker. Will be looking into adding some additional green works products.

It’s an amazing mower, battery lasts more than an hour. And with 25 inch deck lawn gets mow faster. Battery gets fully charged in less than 40 minutes with fast charger. Also mower is very silent that’s an awesome feature.

From unpacking to first operation

First of all, I was very impressed with how easy this was to assemble. I needed two things scissors and a Philips screwdriver. It is fully assembled in the box except for the handle. Cut the ties with the scissors that hold the handles together and insert the top part of the handle into the bottom. Once together, screw in the two Phillips head screws, charge the batteries and insert into the mower, and operate. I had a 18-year-old self-propelled lawn mower previously and could not believe how much better the Green works ran in my old lawn mower. Also, my lawn looked absolutely beautiful and even which did not occur with my previous lawn mower (although I wasn't aware, until I saw my lawn after this cut). It propels very smoothly and mulches perfectly. As you go up and incline it automatically provides more torque so you're continuously going the same speed. I am very pleased with the performance of this mower from assembly through the first mow. I will do another review at the end of the summer, but really like it so far! The only negative I had was that the box was very very damaged upon receipt and there was a slight ding on the deck, but not worth worrying about, in my opinion. Here are a couple photos of how badly the box was damaged.... I was very glad it didn't seem to affect the product.

And now the quieter whisper of blades shearing the grass with an easy-to-adjust level of a wider cutting deck. Two batteries make sure I can cut for over an hour. The drive is powerful so the 30 degree hill is an easy piece of work. What was a frustrating experience is now a win-win of a good cut without the horrors.
