I'm pleasantly surprised and more than happy with the performance of this machine. Much better than I thought it could be and way better than the last 26" HD Beast that didn't last but one season. I'm able to cut my lawn, see pictures in just over 1/2 hour on one battery. It does a really good job. I haven't tried bagging yet and probably won't. It's a great machine so far and very easy to use.

I wish this came in an 80 amp version. This is a good product. Very happy. Clearly not as durable as I have had in mowers but still for just cutting grass it is great. I would but it again. Pro v 25 inch the width matters. It cut my mowing time by 20% and it is lighter too. Very nice machine.

The Pro 60V mower does a nice job cutting grass through all of the conditions that I have experienced this spring. The lack of an adjustment on the handle height makes it a bit uncomfortable to maneuver the mower. The handle is too high.

Hello PA grass cutter,
Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback as we are always looking at ways to improve our products and reviews like yours allow us to address our customers’ needs and concerns. When unfolding the handles from the folded position, there are two slots that the handle can be locked into that will allow the user to choose a lower or higher handle height setting. Hope this helps!

Does a very nice job on dry grass. Not enough torque for me to cut grass in the early morning if it is damp with morning dew. The batteries seem to be getting better with each charge. I do need about 90 minutes for my yard.

Excellent product! Plenty of power; nice wide 25” cut with dual blades; easy to use; operator friendly controls and plenty of juice to cut a large front and back yard! Batteries charge quickly and drop into the charger and mower; indicator lights on both the charger and mower clearly identify power levels in both batteries.

I'm sitting in my garage right now for the third time waiting for the batteries to charge. I have 0.35 acres and I've had to stop 3 times now to charge. Ridiculous. I didn't use turbo, and once the batteries died so quick the first time, I didn't use self propel. Turned what should've been a small task into an all day event.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Mritter26,
Thank you for your review. We are sorry to read that you are feeling dissatisfied with the run time. It is important to recognize that the run time depends on the load acting against the unit and fluctuates depending on the height setting, the terrain, grass height, type of grass, whether you are mulching, operator technique, etc. - there are so many factors to consider. The harder the unit has to work, the quicker the battery charge will drain. Similar to how the gas in a vehicle will deplete quicker when driving at higher speeds or carrying more weight.
Here are a few tips to extend your run time!
1) When cutting thick grass, reduce walking speed in order to allow for a more effective cut and a proper discharge of the clippings. 2) Only mow 1/3 of the total grass length at a time - no more. For a healthy lawn, always cut off one-third or less of the total length of the grass. The average lawn should be approximately 1 1/2 to 2” (3.8 to 5 cm) long during cool months, and between 2" to 3 1/4" (5 cm to 8.3 cm) long during hot months. 3) Mow when the grass is dry. As this is an electric unit, mowing wet/damp grass is a safety issue. However, ensuring the grass is dry will also help the grass cut cleanly and discharge appropriately. Wet/damp grass carries more weight and will mostly stick to the blade/motor shaft and will not appropriately discharge or cut easily. 4) Make sure the battery is cool before use. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging.
We hope these tips will help! If not, please feel welcome to give us a call at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) for further discussion.
