Does a very nice job on dry grass. Not enough torque for me to cut grass in the early morning if it is damp with morning dew. The batteries seem to be getting better with each charge. I do need about 90 minutes for my yard.

Excellent product! Plenty of power; nice wide 25” cut with dual blades; easy to use; operator friendly controls and plenty of juice to cut a large front and back yard! Batteries charge quickly and drop into the charger and mower; indicator lights on both the charger and mower clearly identify power levels in both batteries.

Acreage: Up to 2/3 Acre is a lie

I'm sitting in my garage right now for the third time waiting for the batteries to charge. I have 0.35 acres and I've had to stop 3 times now to charge. Ridiculous. I didn't use turbo, and once the batteries died so quick the first time, I didn't use self propel. Turned what should've been a small task into an all day event.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Mritter26,
Thank you for your review. We are sorry to read that you are feeling dissatisfied with the run time. It is important to recognize that the run time depends on the load acting against the unit and fluctuates depending on the height setting, the terrain, grass height, type of grass, whether you are mulching, operator technique, etc. - there are so many factors to consider. The harder the unit has to work, the quicker the battery charge will drain. Similar to how the gas in a vehicle will deplete quicker when driving at higher speeds or carrying more weight.
Here are a few tips to extend your run time!
1) When cutting thick grass, reduce walking speed in order to allow for a more effective cut and a proper discharge of the clippings. 2) Only mow 1/3 of the total grass length at a time - no more. For a healthy lawn, always cut off one-third or less of the total length of the grass. The average lawn should be approximately 1 1/2 to 2” (3.8 to 5 cm) long during cool months, and between 2" to 3 1/4" (5 cm to 8.3 cm) long during hot months. 3) Mow when the grass is dry. As this is an electric unit, mowing wet/damp grass is a safety issue. However, ensuring the grass is dry will also help the grass cut cleanly and discharge appropriately. Wet/damp grass carries more weight and will mostly stick to the blade/motor shaft and will not appropriately discharge or cut easily. 4) Make sure the battery is cool before use. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging.
We hope these tips will help! If not, please feel welcome to give us a call at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) for further discussion.

Works great for me. Once I figured you have to let it coast forward a little in order to pull it backwards, it was a cinch. I have zoysia grass and if mowed weekly, I can simply use the mulching plug without having to bag. I am able to do front and back yard on less than one battery. Wide cutting deck cuts down on my mowing time too. Very happy with this purchase.

Good Mower, but has flaws.

I didn't expect this mower to be amazing, but I did want to try it out because the 25" width was very appealing to me. After about 5 mows, I would say its a good mower but has flaws.
I currently run it with the high lift blades and I've sharpened them, but the mowers mulching ability is limited since it's not a 'dual blade' mower. I'm someone who mainly mulches and it does NOT do a good job at mulching fine. Most times I have to go over the grass twice to clean up the clippings. Compared to my Honda HRX 217 which has 2 blades and mulches very well.
TWICE now I've noticed that while mowing the mower height will go out of adjustment and I'll be higher than expected. I don't know if this is because I hit some bumps or what, but I've had it happen twice where I was mowing on setting 3 and then it was at 6 for some reason. Also, related to height, the mower can only go up in increments of 1 and there are no .5 which is a a small downside.
If you can get past those things, it's a pretty solid machine and I do love the 25" cutting width because I feel like I can get my yard done in noticeably less time.

PRO: Love this mower - easy to use and the dual, side by side blades make the job quicker! An evolution whose time has definitely come. Lightweight and super-easy to store. NO MORE GAS MOWER MAINTENANCE!!! Looking forward to buying the snow blower tool which these batteries will also power!
CON: Tough to find anything negative to say. Took a minute to get used to how the self-propelled disengages (don't pull mower backwards after releasing for about 2-3 seconds).

Best cordless lawnmower I have ever used have used/tried 3 different brands before greenworks. Biggest cutting deck, 2 batteries, fast dual charging. Easily cuts my 1/3 of an arce and runs for an 1hr plus. I thought it be nice to be a 80v system, but the lawnmower has plenty of power. If i had a complaint it be for the money it should have auto pace self-propelled not just variable speed
