Where are the high lift blades?

My brother and I bought the dual blade 25” mower last summer. Both mowers came with four standard blades. Two are supposed to be high lift. Customer service tried to deny but eventually admitted it should include high lift blades. They would not or could not help me. Very disappointing. Otherwise , a great mower.
I would recommend this to a friend!

there is a lot to like about this battery mower...I like having 2 batteries, the wider cut path, and quick and easy start...also it's easy to clean since you can stand it up to clean the bottom. The mulching action is ok, I wouldn't let the grass get too high. The turbo function definitely makes better mulching, but it eats up the battery much quicker. It works for me, I like not having to deal with oil and gas, and the other items I mentioned. I'm satisfied with the purchase.

I love my new mower, very easy to operate and cuts the grass amazing, the 25 in deck has reduced my cutting time by 25%. Not having to pull start every time I empty my bag also saves me another 5%, so my total yard time has been reduced 30% or more. The only flaw maybe the self propel stop and reverse, an automatic reverse lever so you don’t have to pause and wait for the forward motion to disengage would really help. Thank you Greenworks for making this product. I love it!

Weak Lift

I am a fan of greenworks products, however this lawn mower disappointed me. I have several yard tools from greenworks and they all work great, so I though why not a lawn mower. Cons: The lawn mower cuts grass but leaves missed spots. It does not have enough lift to suck up leaves, and the grass clippings will not shoot in the bag quite right. So I have to constantly dumb out the grass. Pros: Looks good and has a strong self propelled motor. If was able to I would return. I only use it to cut my borders now and had to by a gas powered one for the rest. Sorry greenworks, you missed the mark on this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When the lawn is being cut uneven, this can indicate a few different things. Try having a look underneath the mower deck and ensure that there has been no damage to the motor shaft, fan, blade, blade washer/insulator or bolt. If any of these parts have been damaged or thrown off balance this will result in an even cut and likely, a noticeable vibration while in use. Good runtime. The wider frame shortens the mow time, which is great. Self-propel runs nicely. Have thick zoysia that it struggles a bit with but still gets it done. Pleased with it overall.
