The 25” inch cutting deck has made the weekly job a breeze. The self propelled speed has perfect pacing and the two batteries are more than enough for my 10,000 sq foot yard. Definitely recommend this mower.

It’s so incredibly easy to use! I love how quiet it is. It’s a bit heavier than my friend’s mower that I tried before I bought this one, but I tend to be hard on my equipment, so I like that it seems sturdier.

Not happy with the charger or service from Greenworks.

I am satisfied with the mower but the charger does not work properly. I have another Greenworks product with the same battery. The new charger apparently ruined the battery from my blower. Also if a battery is inserted, the fan in the charger runs constantly on one side even though the battery is fully charged. I have reached out to Greenworks and have heard nothing. Service should be included with the product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well worth the wait!

I saw this on the website and knew I had to have it. I’d been using a 20” for the last several years and was very pleased but this 25” self propelled has made my life much easier. Easier to store. Batteries charge quickly and last quite a while. One fully charged battery will do my whole yard. Bag is a good size and with the high lift blades does a very good job even on wet grass.

Excellent mower

Have only used this three times so far but I like it a lot. Compared to my old gas mower it is certainly quieter, and the run time is more than adequate. In my experience the batteries will last over 45 minutes each when using a combination of self-propelled and intervals of “turbo” mode, which is plenty of time to mow my 1/4 to 1/3 acre lot (minus the home footprint and driveway/patio). I do wish the mower had more lift/power, as it seems to leave blades of grass laying down and longer/uncut even when they are well within the swath of the blades, but I have not yet tried the high-lift blades that are included in the package, so this may significantly improve this one complaint.

Excellent mower... good customer service

In an attempt to be as green as possible, I decided on a battery operated lawn mower. I can charge the batteries through solar panels. Greenworks was a gamble, and it paid off. The self propelled feature has variable speed, making the walk behind Zen-like, or hurried, depending on the setting. The bagging design works well on dry, and even slight damp grass. Don't need my hearing protectors, thanks to the fairly quiet motor. With two batteries, I can cut the front and back with plenty of juice left over. The charger that arrived with the mower failed after the first use. A couple of email exchanges with Customer Service and I had a new one on the doorstep. I like Greenworks tools, and now I even like their customer service -- thanks Giulio! Recommend.
