Packaged Poorly, First Mower Returned

This is my second review of this mower because I have to send back the first mower, which stopped working after 4 uses. I have already received the replacement mower and used it once. We'll see if it continues to work.
Both mowers arrived in boxes that were crushed, torn, and retaped, because the tape was coming off. Greenworks really needs to rethink their packaging for these heavy mowers. Both mowers arrived with scuff marks and scratches. I don't know if that occurred during shipment, because the items inside are not packed tight and jumble around inside the box, or if the scuffs, etc., occurred during manufacturing.
I experienced good battery life and the mower is easy to use. It did a fine job cutting my lawn when I was able to get it started.

Got this at the beginning of mowing season. Been awesome. Even with all the rain and the grasses getting super thick it still will get the job done

Easy to use and cuts great

I bought this for my 78 year old mother and she loves it. She has a very big yard so the larger deck is handy. She likes not having to deal with gasoline and being able to easily fold it for storage in her small garage. It cuts well. She has learned that in order to get the most out of the battery to make sure she has it on the right height before cutting the grass. She does wish the batteries would last a little bit longer though

We moved in the middle of the summer and I bought this just after we moved in. It takes about 30 min to mow my lawn and I have been able to mow 2 times without charging the batteries. Mower is light and easy to maneuver.
