The one thing I was most worried about with my 6,000 sqft yard was the battery running out before finishing the cut. I have mowed about a dozen times so far and have not run out of juice. The grass was the tallest the first time I mowed and almost didn’t finish, but since then I have 1-2 bars left on the battery meter.
This is a push mower, but it is very easy to maneuver through my thick St Augustine grass.
My only wish is that the deck would go one more notch higher. I would prefer a 4” deck height, but 3 5/8” will do.
I am 6’5” y’all so the aboility yo adjust the height of the bar is a very nice feature.
I had the first Greenworks mower and still works but I wanted something new. This Mower is so powerful and Propelled feature wow. My only complaint is the sound that the charger makes but it does charge.
I bought this for our jungle in the back yard. It did quick work of the lawn that we have and it's very easy and versatile. Could use a bigger bag but hey can't have everything
It just works! I own multiple Greenworks Tools - Leaf blower, string trimmer and a twin force 40v lawn mower. Moved to a new home with bugger yard so upgraded to this one. To me, Greenworks is the Apple of lawn tools. There is a thoughtfulness of their products not found in many other brands. Be it the battery indicator on the handle or the soft closing of the battery cover or the turbo mode for thick grass, these subtle features just enrich your experience with the products. This mower gets the job done as claimed. The ability of add an additional battery is awesome as well.
Mower is great. Battery is not even close to what is claimed. I get about 20 minutes out of the 4ah. Battery
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Jcac
Thank you for your feedback. While the runtime will be depended on the condition of your lawn, if the grass was thick, dense and longer grass will affect the run time. Once your grass is maintained within the ideal cutting height of 4", you will also see an increase in run time. Here are a few more tips to increase run time: 1. Set the mower to the highest cutting height (or 1/3 of the length of grass); mow no more than 1/3 at a time. 2. Mow when grass is dry. 3. For the best results keep the lawn under 4" in length and walk at a steady pace to allow the blades to cut efficiently. If you have tried these suggestions and are still experiencing a less than normal run time, please kindly give us a contact us at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) or by email on info@greenworkstools.com for further assistance.
