Very Surprised

When it was time for a new lawnmower I was initially skeptical, but since my property is relatively small (approximately 50ft x 100ft) I decided to give a battery electric mower a try. After a lot of research I had determined that anything under 40V is not powerful enough and opted in for a 60V model. With the 4Ah battery I couldn't believe that I cut my lawn with more than half capacity to spare! Getting more than 2 cuts out of one charge. The Greenworks mower is top quality, too. The deck on the mower I have is made of thick guage steel, no wobbly wheels and the blade spins true. No more trips to fill up a gas can or winterizing the machine at the end of the season. It Is just easy to use. I recently even bought the 60V inverter and now take the battery camping with us to power any electronics we have so we get more use out of the battery. 10/10 would recommend.

Couldn't be happier in purchasing my 1st electric mower. Using on hybrid bermuda and even at lowest height on my thick Bermuda it has definitely gotten the job done. Even gave it some stripes

Got this at the beginning of mowing season. Been awesome. Even with all the rain and the grasses getting super thick it still will get the job done

Great mower

I just picked this up after moving to new house. I didn’t want to deal with gas mower, though I was apprehensive about sixty minute battery it was perfect and was able to mow front and back in forty minutes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great replacement for a gas mower

I needed to replace a conventional self propelled mower and didn't want to buy another gas powered lawn tool. I bought this in June and have been using it every week all summer. I have a lawn that's mostly hills, so I needed the self propelled version. It works so well that I can push it most of the time. I only use the self propelled feature part of the time.
I get through my average sized suburban lawn on one battery and still have juice left! I love how it folds up in my shed giving me extra room too.
My first Greenworks tool was the 60v blower. I liked that so much that I bought the trimmer next. Now since I'm so happy with the mower, I've got the chainsaw and dethatcher on my wish list! Just a great tool family!

A wonderful replacement

We had to buy a new mower seeing as our old one was small and having a hard time doing the job. We found this in store and we're all smiles and said "yes!", That's the one to get. We love how fast and easy it is to charge. It's simple to use and get all the grass and tall weeds down. We also noticed that it did a turbo boots when it hits some tough grass and made fast work of the stubborn weeds. We are very happy and excited to add the Green works brand to our house-hold.

Packaged Poorly, First Mower Returned

This is my second review of this mower because I have to send back the first mower, which stopped working after 4 uses. I have already received the replacement mower and used it once. We'll see if it continues to work.
Both mowers arrived in boxes that were crushed, torn, and retaped, because the tape was coming off. Greenworks really needs to rethink their packaging for these heavy mowers. Both mowers arrived with scuff marks and scratches. I don't know if that occurred during shipment, because the items inside are not packed tight and jumble around inside the box, or if the scuffs, etc., occurred during manufacturing.
I experienced good battery life and the mower is easy to use. It did a fine job cutting my lawn when I was able to get it started.
