[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm coming from a 21in deck into this 25in. It mows faster, and has extra perks over my old gas mower. I really like that it comes with a dual charger. I'm not a professional mower but the cut quality was good enough for me. The only thing I've noticed was right at the end of my mowing the motor reved up and I'm not sure why. The battery was close to being out so I'm not sure if it was doing some power transfer from battery to battery but something to keep an eye on. I've really enjoyed it though so far.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used it 3 times but it has better suction than my 8 year old Greenworks 21" lawnmower. It runs great, has the option to run it faster and the dual battery means I have no issues completing the lawn without a battery dying before I'm complete. The dual fast charger is great too. This fall running the lawnmower, leaf blower and weedwhacker having no issues with batteries and getting the job done without waiting for a charge. Great update from my original mower.

The only time a customer would need to purchase a part is if the damage was a user error. This tool comes with a 4-year manufacturer's warranty and issues related to the product would be covered by us the manufacturer. Depending on which part is damage we may not have those available for customers and we do advise the safest option is to purchase the whole assembly to ensure all parts are replaced and customers are not using a damage unit. Wanted to Love it

I bought this mower with great expectations from the reviews. Horribly dissatisfied with the quality. New mower had dents, dings and scrapes. The over the top issue for me was the transmission did not release when pulling backward. Had to literally drag the mower backwards without any of the wheels disengaging. Cool concept failed in many ways.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Greenworks 60-volt 25-inch dual-blade mower.

My first electric mower left piles of grass behind and did not cut all the blades of grass, even with the grasscatcher! It was not self-propelled and the battery ran out of energy after doing 40% of my 10,000 sq. foot yard. I returned it immediately. That was last year. This year, I tried the Greenworks. It was more expensive, but it was worth it. I got the self-propelled 60-volt 25" dual-blade model with the 2 batteries. The cut was perfect, very clean. It cut every blade and the grasscatcher picked up everything it cut. My backyard looks like a carpet. That is how I like it to look. Best of all, with the 2 batteries, it did the whole 10,000 square ft without running out of charge. I did not use the self-propelled option because I was afraid of running out of charge, but as it turned out, it would have been fine. The second battery kicked in after about 70% of the yard was done. Also my grass was pretty tall, since we had extra rain, which delayed the cut for an extra week! I turned on the self-propelled mode with about 20% of the yard left, and it worked fine, with adjustable speed. AT the highest speed setting it moves! I am ecstatic. This is the best mower I've had.
