I’ve had this mower for only a month, but have already used it 4 times with this thick, fast growing Western Washington grass. It does a great job mulching even the thick moist grass we deal with here. It hasn’t stalled once! It’s very quiet too. I couldn’t be more pleased with it,
Worth every penny. Knocked out almost a full acre in about an hour and some of the weeds were over 2 feet fall. Two batteries with the auto switch is such a great feature. Would highly suggest this electric mower for anyone with a large lawn.
Works so well and battery life is great! Have half an acre and I’ve been able to get through it in a half hour or less. Mulch bag is a little smaller than I thought but still does the job well!
Just bought this mower as part of an exchange program my electric company was offering. I was a little nervous about switching from gas, but I will never go back. The lawnmower is light, and cuts well. I use just over 1 battery to cut the lawn on my 1/4 acre lot. I also love the adjustable self-propel speed. I can speed up on the open parts and then slow down when working around the corners. Finally, I love that the battery can switch over to my Greenworks trimmer seamlessly.
Leaves lots of uncut grass behind, especially on the sides so have to do again for clean cut.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Dhaval Patel,
Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns.
When the lawn is being cut uneven, this can indicate a few different things. The first being that the lawn itself is rough or uneven. However, if this is not the case then it is possible that the grass is too tall, or the cutting height is set too low for the type of grass. Try raising the cutting height and reduce walking speed in order to allow for a more effective cut and a proper discharge of the clippings. For a healthy lawn, always cut off one-third or less of the total length of the grass. The average lawn should be approximately 1 1/2 to 2” (3.8 to 5 cm) long during cool months, and between 2" to 3 1/4" (5 cm to 8.3 cm) long during hot months. Hoping these suggestions help.
