Cuts great, handles well. Going from forward to reverse seems a little slow to engage, but basically OK. Mowing in reverse takes getting used to as you have to hold the button the whole time. if the intention is safety, keeping one hand engaged that way instead of steering seems counterintuitive. Overall a winner and would definitely buy again. Would give it 4.5 stars if that was an option. I don't give 5 stars very easily but its close.

I have the use of one hand and researched to see what brand would work for me. This mower is easy to use with one hand or two. I’m finally able to start a mower and cut the grass on my own. I mow the lawn while my husband does the trim work in our yard.

This lawnmower works just as good or better than any gas lawnmower. I’ve used it once with the side chute and nothing got stuck and it missed no blades of grass like my prior SunJoe. My only issue is that it’s pretty heavy so pushing it is a pain, hence the 4 instead of 5 stars. If you can afford the self propelled, definitely go for that one. If I could return and do that, I definitely would. Overall a great product and don’t be hesitant just because it’s battery operated.

This lawnmower is everything I ever wanted. Self propelled, low maintenance, cuts at different levels and goes for a long time. I already cut my grass 3 times and no signs that I even need to recharge it. It's awesome and I definitely recommend it!

Mows my half acre yard 4-5 times on one charge! Easy to drive, saves time, quiet, fast, and fun. Shipping was easy and arrived on a steel pallet, just had to install seat and steering handles. Cuts well with mulching deck adapter or side exit. So pumped to not buy fuel ever again.

Pleased and a note regarding a couple minor issues

This review is for a hilly 18,000 Sq ft yard with thick black beauty grass in Ohio. These two 4Ah batteries can cover the entire area in Boost with maybe several minutes of battery to spare under dry summer conditions. Boost is a feature I rarely use so there is plenty of battery remaining using standard power. I also don't use the drive typically but it is nice to have as a bail out when the heat/humidity are just too much. Every several mows I rotate in my Cub Cadet rider just for the power to lift and cut the heavier/weighed down grasses this 25" isn't able to get. Overall, pleased with product. My only issue is the mower handle bars squeak quite a bit throughout my mows and the front right wheel is elevated such that it doesn't touch the ground with the other three.

Long battery life, easy to use, absolutely loved it!

We have been using a gas powered push mower for years on our half acre property. This mower comes with two batteries which automatically switches when the other battery runs out. Runtime averaged 1hour 20 minutes. It is surprisingly quiet and does an amazing job mowing, leaving the lawn looking professionally done! We are mowing more often as this mower makes the job much easier Other convenient features include self propulsion, options for bagging, side discharging or mulching and LED lights. Compared to another similar model (different brand) this mower felt lighter, more maneuverable and better built. So thankful no more rope pulling no stinky gas fumes no oil changes! This mower starts right up every time! Storing it upright - a big plus!
Recharge time (pretty noisy)for both batteries takes less than two hours with the supplied dual charger.
