This mower came with 2 60v batteries. i did not even go through one of them to mow inside my fenced in area which is almost an acre. It runs smoothly and I would purchase it again.
I’ve only used it a couple of times but it starts easily and is very quiet. I have to remember to let go of the self propel switch before I get to a corner so I can back up - otherwise easy!
This is the 4th tool that I have bought from Greenworks. I cannot say enough good about this tool. Besides easy to put together it is also VERY light weight and cutting the grass is much faster. In most cases I use less than 1 full charge for a !00x125 property. Very satisfied
This mower works well for me. One of the main reasons I purchased it is because I have a large yard and all other mowers were only 21 inches.
It does a good job cutting the grass and I like that the batteries are interchangeable with my other greenworks tools. And I like how I can just turn it off or on and don't have to pull a cord or Deal with gas or a gummed up carburetor.
My only complaint is the grass catcher. It is on the small side and fills up quickly. Not an issue if you use the mulcher insert and don't collect your clippings.
Old mower was a 21" cut. I am surprised at how much quicker I am done. Plus, although my gas mower was self propelled, it still was heavy. My Greenworks is way lighter and I only use the self propelled to assist when going up inclines. This has also allowed me to cut my yard, approx 15,000 Sqft, on just one battery, if I go fast. Taking my time, I may use 25% of the second battery. Cuts very well too. I use it to mulch and no bunching of clippings left, all cut up. Hight adjustment for both the wheels, and also for the handle bar is nice. Using one battery and then flips to the other is also nice. Runs on one 60v at a time. Bonus, came with an extra set of blades and also folds up nice and sits up against a wall. Opens space in my shed. Concerns I have are with the plastic handles, but they seem sturdy.
